The short version: this website does not ask you to create an account, does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not sell personal information. If you email us, we use what you send only to reply to you.
Who we are
This policy covers the Built on Luv website. Built on Luv is the umbrella for the organizations, media projects, and partnerships described on the site. Each operating organization and strategic partner runs its own website under its own privacy policy.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email hello@thebuiltonluv.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited, to keep the site secure and working.
- Fonts. The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for how it handles that information.
The site has no signup forms, does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How we use information
- To reply to your message and continue a conversation you started.
- To keep the website secure and running properly.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
When information is shared
If your message is about one of our operating organizations or partners, we may forward it to that organization so it can help you. We tell you when we do. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.
Links to other websites
The site links to WeLuv Foundation, WeLuv Health & Wellness, Ontario Drug Testing, The Spine Chiropractic, Breaking Free Industries, and other sites. Once you leave this site, that website's own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep information
We keep emails only as long as we need them to respond and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To make a request, email hello@thebuiltonluv.com. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
