Breaking Free Industries

Breaking Free Industries

Custom screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and promotional products produced in Santa Ana. Each campaign creates paid, skills building opportunities for people with felony records who face barriers to traditional employment, helping them gain real work experience, income, and a pathway toward stability.

Ecosystem role
Breaking Free Industries supports second chance employment through hands on apparel and merchandise campaigns. Participants help create shirts, hats, and promotional products while developing practical production and business skills.
WeLuv Foundation works alongside Breaking Free Industries and Inmates to Entrepreneurs to support second chance employment, entrepreneurship education, and practical pathways for people rebuilding their lives after incarceration.

    The belief behind WeLuv takes shape

    In a year that felt divided, AJ kept seeing unity alive in music, festivals, and community spaces. That idea became WeLuv: people coming together and choosing love as one.

    First community event

    Subversiv Fight Club

    WeLuv Foundation organized the wellness experience for fighters and spectators, bringing recovery support, massage, and community connection to the event. The Spine Chiropractic participated alongside WeLuv Foundation, supporting the event’s wellness and recovery efforts.

    Community Wellness Night, Los Angeles

    Hosted by Omni Jiu Jitsu and sponsored by LAPD Harvard Park Officers. WeLuv Health & Wellness and The Spine Chiropractic provided movement education, spine screenings, and family wellness resources.

How we count

  • Published sources only. A fact appears here only if the organization that did the work has published it on its own website.
  • Counted when it happens. Events are counted once they have taken place and are documented with details or photos, not when they are announced.
  • No estimates. We do not round up, project, or add together figures from different organizations to make a bigger number.
  • Plans stay labeled. Anything not yet finished is listed under Planned or pending with its status, and moves to Verified only when it is done.
  • Partners count only joint work. A partner collaboration is listed only when the shared activity has been completed and documented.
